i don't know if you and your wife like crab, or spicy food, but David!! If you like spicy seafood and crab, this is the dish for you. And you are the only one I will give the recipe to, if you ask.
The recipe takes two days to prepare. And freshness is VITAL to this dish! I don't give out leftovers the next day.
So, i'm putting you on notice... When I tell you to come get it, grab the keys!!!
This is just a notice. I haven't made it yet...
ETA - I will probably make it for a superbowl party. I'm on kitten duty this weekend! Our party animals like my cooking.
PS - don't look for the recipe, because it's not really called jambalaya!!! lol

I'll give it to you, but you have to try my version first!!! The last time I made it for a party, I cut the spices by 75% and folks were saying, this is SO HOT! But I can't stop eating it!!!
ok ill try yours. I love a lot of hot spices. they are a substitute for salt
