I'm putting this on project status!!!

We need to talk in person!!!

Might need to change the tenor of this blog, because I will not be cooking anything rich or sweet for a while!!!

BTW! I made black-eyed peas today - they came out great! 2 Tbsp of butter, 3/4 c chopped onion, saute until soft, add ham, 3 cloves of garlic, then the blackeyed peas, add some water and simmer for about 30-45 mins on med-low heat, until they reach the right texture. Finish with chopped cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste
